Son of Paul R. and Elizabeth Monroe Legg. Graduated from Lewisburg High School, served in Guam for U S Navy, and worked for the WV division of Highways; Married and preceded in death by wife Noble Clay Legg. Survived by son, Kemble Clay Legg of Lewisburg and Paula Legg Baisden of Maxwelton and several grandchildren. Graveside rites at Rosewood Cemetery of November 6, 2015 at 11 AM; Visitation at Wallace & Wallace in Lewisburg November 5, at the Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Lewisburg from 6 - 8 PM.
